What happens

• Your address or email goes on a global suppression list the moment you submit.
• Every customer's feed, dashboard, export and letter generator skips it from then on.
• It stays suppressed even if the city issues you a new permit later.
• We cannot change the city's own public record. To change that, contact the issuing department.

We keep only the normalized address or email you give us, for matching. Nothing else.
